These terms apply to the Class 12 board plan app at camahendrashekhawat.com/class12 and the mentorship that comes with it, run by Mahendra Shekhawat ("we", "us"). By joining, the student and parent agree to them.
What the program is
A study planning and mentorship program for CBSE Class 12 Commerce students: weekly targets, nightly check-ins, progress tracking, doubt support and weekly reports to parents. It works alongside your school and coaching. It is not a full teaching course, and it is not a professional accounting, audit or tax service.
No guaranteed marks
We help you plan and stay regular. Results depend on the student's own work. We do not promise any particular marks, rank or result.
Your account
- Give correct information in the joining form, including a WhatsApp number you use.
- Keep your PIN private. You are responsible for what is done with your number and PIN.
- One account per student. Don't share your account.
Fair use
- Upload only your own work in check-ins. Don't upload anything offensive or anything that belongs to someone else.
- Don't try to access other students' information or interfere with the app.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.
Content
Your answers, notes and photos remain yours. You allow us to use them to run the program, as described in the privacy policy. Plans, lectures, templates and other material we provide are for your personal study only and may not be copied or shared commercially.
Fees
The current pilot is free for the students invited to it. If paid batches start later, the price, what is included and the refund rules will be told to you before you pay.
Availability
We try to keep the app working at all times, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. Dates such as the board exam date are estimates until CBSE publishes the official date sheet.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to current students, we will tell you on WhatsApp.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
