Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Class 12 board plan app (camahendrashekhawat.com/class12) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The app is run by Mahendra Shekhawat ("we", "us").
What we collect
- Joining form: student name, WhatsApp number, email, school and city; marks and targets; which chapters are done; study hours, timings and habits; plans after Class 12; parent or guardian name and WhatsApp number; anything you choose to write in the free-text answers.
- Your 4-digit PIN: stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form. We cannot see your PIN.
- Weekly plans and ticks: the targets you plan and which ones you mark as done.
- Nightly check-ins: hours studied, what you did, focus rating, reasons for missed targets, doubts, and photos of your work that you upload.
- On your device: the app keeps a login token and an unfinished form in your browser's storage so you don't have to log in or retype each time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies in the app.
Why we use it
- To build your weekly targets and show how long your syllabus will take.
- So your mentor can follow your progress, answer doubts and call you if you miss check-ins.
- To send a short weekly progress report to you and your parent on WhatsApp.
- To improve the program, using totals and averages without names.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Students under 18
Most students are under 18. The joining form asks for a parent or guardian's name and WhatsApp number, and joining requires agreeing that we store the answers and send weekly reports to the student and parent. A parent can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information.
Where it is stored and who can see it
- Your answers are stored in a Google Sheet, and check-in photos in Google Drive, in an account controlled by us. Google provides this storage.
- Only Mahendra Shekhawat and mentors working with him can see individual student information.
- The weekly report is sent only to the student's and parent's WhatsApp numbers given in the form.
- We share information with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are in the program and for up to 12 months after your board exams, so we can share results and plan next steps with you. After that we delete it, or keep only totals without names. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Your choices
- Ask to see the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information and close your account. We will do this within 30 days.
- Stop using the app at any time.
Security
The app is served over a secure connection, PINs are stored hashed, and only our account can open the data sheet and photos. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your PIN private and don't share it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell current students on WhatsApp if the change matters to them.

For any question or request about your data, message Mahendra Sir on the WhatsApp number shared with you when you joined.
